Faerieworlds, unto itself, is not only about the people who go there. Though that is a big part of it. There are also those who perform at the event. If you're ever here, you'll probably notice that there's always something happening somewhere on the grounds - something that's there that will simply make you feel alive. It may be a random act of music along the paths, it may be somebody performing in character who was not necessarily asked to do so. Or it may be the headlining bands. (An odd aside - there are some who say that the roving performers don't happen so much. I don't have a frame of reference to compare, but I can assure you that they do happen and they are actively encouraged.) In this case, I got two of the headliners - Omnia and Martine Kraft - as well as some of the other goings on around the grounds. Just to keep things from being too cluttered, they've been sorted out a bit. |
