Indeed.  From the article:

If you don't write about real people, you're probably safe.  For
instance, you could probably write the exact same story about the Inner
Senshi and be in the clear.  (Whether you'd want to is a different
issue, as is whether you could make a good story - focusing on the
horror aspect, and perhaps telling it from the girls' perspective,
instead of going for guro porn would probably be required.  Of course,
this would be an extreme example of something that qualifies for the
Dark and Lemon tags.)
