My point was that it would be, at best, a futile and pointless gesture. Oriental traditions (especially Japanese ones) are a whole lot more focused on practicality?than European ones are. That use of the seal would not, at any point of Hyuuga history, serve any real purpose.

Nobody ever said it would. You're inventing arguments to counter an argument
you have no actual counter for, and which do not even counter the argument
you're trying to counter.
