[FFML] [ADMIN] Tuning Complete, and an extra note

OK, tuning up the system took less time than I thought. =^^= As the case
stands, instead of taking over an hour to squeeze out the messages, it
should take something more like two minutes.  (I can squeeze it down to
fifteen seconds, but if I go that route, it basically de-optimizes
bounce handling.)

Also, just a word of advice: be careful of the spam button.  On some
email systems, hitting this causes certain traffic to be listed as spam
for the whole domain. This hasn't happened here - but just sayin'.

We now return to the normal day of fanfics 'n stuff.
