[FFML] Rebuilding FFML Community (was Just a note on configuration)

If you check the FFML website, you'll see that there's not one but  
two web archives set up. In particular, I think http://www.mail- 
archive.com/ffml at chez-vrolet.net/ is pretty friendly to new users,  
and I'll be setting up a third archive with all the back archives as  
soon as I can.
