Hmm... a good rule of thumb might be that discussion should at the
very least be centered around the fandoms embraced by this list. I
seem to recall getting a certain amount of leeway when i first stopped
lurking and started posting. I was a chronic offender with regard to
the injunction against 'story idea' posts; eventually, i was told to
either shut up or actually _write_ something, but before that... eh,
_i_ was entertained, at least, and i got a better feel for what would
work in a story that people would actually _read_, and what would
not...
